ECIT AS hereby announce that Competensum AB has become a part of ECIT.
Competensum AB provides HR and payroll services to its clients. The acquisition strengthens ECIT’s service offering within payroll and HR while also expanding its presence in Helsingborg.
ECIT has acquired 82.5% of the shares in the company. Ann-Sofi Aru (founder) and Camilla Danielsson (CEO) will remain as co-owners.
