Correction to the stock exchange notice (61) by ECIT AS on 25 March 2022, in
which the dividend payment date (22 April) was missing from the announcement.

The correct information is stated below:
At the Board of Directors meeting held March 24th, ECITs Board of Directors
decided to propose to the General Meeting on April 8, 2022, an ordinary dividend
of NOK 0.04 per share for the fiscal year 2021.

• Approval date: April 8, 2022
• Dividend amount: 0.04 per share
• Declared currency: NOK
• Last day including right: April 8th, 2022
• Ex-date: April 11th, 2022
• Record Date: April 12th, 2022
• Payment date: On or about 22 April 2022
